Schedule: 0, 8, 24, 36, 48 and 60 hours (6 doses). Take with fatty food or milk.
Notes
- Repeat the dose if vomited within 30 minutes.
- In Pakistan, also used for falciparum; vivax needs primaquine for radical cure (check G6PD).
